Footfall refers to the number of people who enter or pass through a particular physical location, such as a retail store, shopping mall, exhibition, or event venue, within a specified period of time.

Footfall is a key performance indicator (KPI) used by businesses & organizations to measure the level of traffic or visitor activity at a specific location & assess its attractiveness, popularity & effectiveness in attracting customers or attendees.
